WARM TIPS: 4 Things to Know before Buying
1. This dimmable LED bulb is not compatible with 3-level touch control lamps. Flickering will happen due to different working mechanism. It is not a quality issue of the bulb or the touch lamp.
2. Please make sure your dimmer switch is compatible with LED bulbs. The Halogen and Incandescent dimmers require a minimum load where LED bulbs are below the level.
3. There are two types of dimmer drivers, “leading edge” and “trailing edge”. Our bulbs are suitable for dimmer switch with leading edge driver, not compatible with the other one.
4. As there are thousands of dimmer brands in the European market, the compatibility is inconsistent. It might be possible that our bulb flickers on the highest or lowest setting when fitted into the “leading edge” dimmers. But that is not a quality issue. We suggest you to adjust the bulb in a proper range.
